Soslu Levrek (Fried Fish in Raki Sauce) |

Ingredients |
|
- 1 kg fish of choice
- 250 ml oil
- flour
- salt
- lemon
- parsley
|
|
Preparation |
|
- Clean and wash fish. Salt fish and rest for 10 minutes.
- Flour fish and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Remove and place on absorbent paper.
- Arrange fish on a serving platter.
- Place lemon wedges around fish
and decorate with parsley.
