Meat based dishes

Sish Kebab 

 

Sish Kebab  

   
  Ingredients:
  • 500 grams of diced lamb
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 6 long green peppers
  • 1 onion
  • salt, pepper
    
  Preparation:
  1. Grate onion and remove its liquid. Place diced lamb in a bowl and add onion and lemon juices. Cover and rest for a few hours.
  2. Cut peppers and tomaotes into large pieces. Place meat and alternate layers of peppers and tomatoes on skewers.
  3. Cook on hot plate or barbeque, turning frequently.
  4. Serve with a fresh garden salad.
