Sish Kebab

Ingredients: |
|
- 500 grams of diced lamb
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tomatoes
- 6 long green peppers
- 1 onion
- salt, pepper
|
|
|
|
Preparation: |
|
- Grate onion and remove its liquid. Place diced lamb in a bowl and add onion and lemon
juices. Cover and rest for a few hours.
- Cut peppers and tomaotes into large pieces. Place meat and alternate layers of peppers
and tomatoes on skewers.
- Cook on hot plate or barbeque, turning frequently.
- Serve with a fresh garden salad.
